• Guarantee/Payment Policy


In order to guarantee the reservation, we require pre-payment for the first night’s accommodation to be paid within 48 hours of making the reservation

In order to guarantee the group booking, we require a 10% deposit on confirmation to confirm the provisional booking. The 50% deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival date. The full outstanding amount will be due 30 days prior to arrival date.

A no-show is the non-arrival of a guest without notification in writing to the hotel. In the event of a no show, a no-show fee equal to the full value of the stay will be charged to you.

CHILD POLICY
