Botany Café transforms into a dessert bar at night

Botany Café, known for its fresh, vibrant salads and sandwiches by day, now elevates evenings with its new dessert bar experience. From 6 PM to 10 PM daily, guests can indulge in an array of decadent desserts, artisanal coffee and the café’s house-made pistachio kunafa chocolate.

Curated to offer a rotating selection of freshly made sweets, the dessert bar menu promises a variety of gourmet treats, including frangipane, brownies, macarons, verrines, tarts, gateaux, and ice cream. Prices start as low as R20, making it accessible for all dessert lovers to end their night on a sweet note.

Highlighting the menu is the pistachio kunafa chocolate, Head Pastry Chef, Amber-Leigh Janse van Rensburg’s innovative spin on a popular classic, available in both milk and dark chocolate varieties. For those seeking just a little taste, the pistachio bonbons provide a delightful, bite-sized burst of flavour.
