A weekend shaped around time together, set between the ocean and the city.

Saturday begins on the terrace, where a full breakfast buffet is served. From there, follow the Promenade along the coastline. A morning walk along the Atlantic, the pace unhurried. At Saunders Rock, the water settles between the boulders. A brief cold plunge, then back into the sun.

The afternoon returns to the hotel. A Mother’s Day High Tea is served from 2pm. Indoors, the space shifts to a soft rose-pink palette drawn from fynbos in bloom. A harvest table is presented buffet-style, with sweet and savoury dishes prepared for the occasion. Each guest receives a Healing Earth gift, while a harpist plays quietly in the background.

Saturday evening moves into dinner overlooking the ocean. A three-course menu, each perfectly paired, served as the light fades.

Sunday focuses on Mother’s Day Lunch. From 12:30pm, guests are welcomed with canapés and cocktails before a fynbos-inspired buffet is served. Live music carries through the space, with a complimentary pamper experience for mothers and activities for children throughout the afternoon.

The afternoon continues at Cove Wellness Spa, with treatments designed for rest and release. Time softens here, before settling into the evening and a good night’s rest.
