At The President Hotel, a stay extends beyond the room. Throughout the week, guests are invited to enjoy a selection of complimentary experiences, adding something different to each day in Cape Town.

Taking place from Monday to Friday, the hotel's weekly activities bring together local flavours, family moments and time spent overlooking the Atlantic. From crafting your own hot chocolate to raising a glass at sunset, each experience is designed to become part of your stay.

Mondays begin at Botany Café with a Craft Your Own Hot Chocolate experience. Guests can pair steamed milk with handcrafted chocolate bonbons and a selection of liqueurs, creating their own hot chocolate from 17:00 to 18:00.

On Tuesdays, the Upper Senate Bar hosts a complimentary tasting of locally crafted Van Rhyn's Brandy. The experience offers guests the opportunity to discover a South African spirit and enjoy something local during their stay.

Wednesdays are for the hotel's younger guests. From 17:00 to 19:00 at Botany Café, little chefs can make their own pizza, choosing their toppings before seeing their creation come together. The experience is complimentary with every accompanying adult's main meal.

South African wine takes centre stage on Thursdays. Hosted in Senate Bar from 17:00 to 18:00, the hotel's complimentary wine tasting features a different local wine farm each week, giving guests the opportunity to discover wines from across the country.

The week closes with Sabrage at Sunset on Fridays. From 17:00 at The Deck Bar, guests can watch the dramatic opening of a bottle of Graham Beck bubbly before raising a celebratory glass as the sun sets over the Atlantic.
